Any account found to have been opened or used in breach of a self-exclusion agreement will be immediately closed and any balance may be withheld pending review.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active slgmax Account. Registering or maintaining more than one account — whether in the same name, using different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. slgmax reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slgmax login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. slgmax will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify slgmax immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the permanent closure of your slgmax Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification procedures and the absence of any pending fraud investigation.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slgmax currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). slgmax does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion service.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile financial service channels. slgmax reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or fraud review. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to a payment method that is different from the deposit method used without additional verification.
5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. slgmax reserves the right to request satisfactory proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the delay or cancellation of the withdrawal request.
5.5 Funds Held on Account. Funds deposited into your slgmax Account are held for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. slgmax is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds are not held in a separately regulated trust account.
6.1 slgmax may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of each promotion and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by slgmax are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds, and expiry period are set out in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, each eligible promotion is available to each verified slgmax Account holder once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
6.4 slgmax's Discretion. slgmax reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. slgmax also reserves the right to withhold any bonus or promotional credit from any player where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
7.1 Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets placed on slgmax are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, slgmax's decision, made in good faith and by reference to official results data, is final.

7.4 Obvious Errors. If a price, odds, or game outcome is clearly the result of a technical error or human mistake and a player has taken deliberate advantage of such an error, slgmax reserves the right to void the relevant bets and/or withhold any winnings arising from the error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slgmax Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from slgmax.
10.1 The slgmax Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. slgmax makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. 10.3 slgmax shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the slgmax Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.
11.2 slgmax collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, marketing communications (where consent has been given), and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties.
